How it works

Two forms. Your P60. Done.

From filling in our form to money in your account takes 3-6 weeks. Your total effort is about five minutes.

01

Fill in our short form

Takes 60 seconds. Your name, contact details, and basic employment information. No payslips, no documents, no complicated questions. Just the basics to get started.

02

We introduce you to our specialist accountancy firm

We make a warm introduction on your behalf. The firm we work with processes 1,700 claims every month. They specialise in getting ordinary working people their money back from HMRC. Nothing complicated, nothing that will come back to bite you. Just honest, expert accounting.

03

Sign two short forms and send your P60

The accountancy firm sends you two simple forms to sign online via e-signature. You also send them your most recent P60. That is the document your employer issues at the end of each tax year. That is all you need to do. Everything from that point is handled for you.

04

Money lands in your account in 3-6 weeks

The accountancy firm contacts HMRC and manages the entire process on your behalf. Once your rebate is confirmed, the money is paid directly into your bank account. Their fixed fee is deducted from the rebate. You receive the remainder. Nothing is taken from you before that point.

Genuinely, this is the full list.

Your name and contact details (to apply)
Two e-signature forms (sent to you after you apply, takes about 2 minutes)
Your latest P60 (so the accountancy firm can calculate your exact rebate)

That's it. You don't fill out government forms. You don't contact HMRC. You don't deal with anything technical. The accountancy firm handles every part of the process from there.

Honest on timing.

Common questions.

Do I need to contact HMRC myself?

No. The accountancy firm contacts HMRC on your behalf. You don't write letters, make calls, or fill in any government forms.

What happens if my claim isn't successful?

Over 90% of claims are successful. In the small percentage that aren't, there's no recourse and no cost. It simply means there was nothing to recover this time. No fee. No tax code change. No problem.

How does the accountancy firm get paid?

They take a fixed percentage of your rebate, deducted once HMRC pays out. No upfront cost. No hidden fees. No admin charges. If there's no rebate, there's no fee. [NOTE: Confirm exact fee percentage with accountancy partner before publishing.]

Do I need my P60 to apply?

No. You don't need your P60 to apply. You only need it once the accountancy firm starts work on your claim, which happens after you've been connected and signed the two e-signature forms.

Can I claim every year?

Yes. Once you're a client, you can submit a new claim every April going forward. The accountancy firm already has your details on file, so it's an even simpler process the second time.

No win, no fee

Zero upfront cost. No hidden fees or charges. You pay nothing unless your rebate is successfully confirmed. If there's nothing to claim, there's nothing to pay.

No win, no fee
